Since I have African American roots, I thought I would educate some of you on the complexities of our language, beginning with the origins and meanings of the mundane phase above (and below).

(VII) i believe that winnie the pooh was the first to use an expression like this. a young snoop doggy dogg heard this and immediately bastardized it to fit his situations.
